About Us:
Hi, I'm Will. I Have a Screen Problem.
Not a dramatic one. The normal kind. It's 11:40pm, I'm "just checking one thing," and suddenly it's 1am and I'm watching a stranger restore a rusted knife on youtube. The alarm goes off, I'm wrecked, and the 4pm coffee guarantees a repeat tomorrow.
Everyone knows the fix: put the phone down. But that last hour on the couch was the only one that felt like mine. I wasn't giving it up. Be honest, neither are you.
So I Went Looking for the Solution.
The science is annoyingly settled: screens, lamps, and overhead lighting all give off blue and green light. Your brain reads it as daytime and holds back the melatonin that should knock you out. Block that light and you get the wind-down without giving up everything else.
Blue-light glasses were supposed to do that. The cheap pairs barely filtered anything. The serious ones came in safety-goggle frames, fronted by podcast guys, priced with a guru tax. Right science, wrong everything else.
We Made the Pair I Couldn't Find.
Our red-lens glasses block 99% of blue and green light before it reaches your eyes. Put them on an hour before bed and change nothing. Scroll, stream, whatever. Your brain finally gets the memo that it's night.
Built like glasses you'll actually want to wear: hand-polished acetate frames and optical-grade lenses. Fairly priced, and honest about the job. They take one of the biggest things working against your sleep off the table.
Tomorrow Starts Tonight
We believe every great day starts with a good night’s rest.
You should be able to spend your evenings however you want, without worrying about your sleep in the process.
Put them on an hour before bed. Change nothing else.
